Avec 'United Alice' et 'United Alive in Madrid' de leur énorme tournée, Helloween a sorti un vrai spectacle audiovisuel. Chaque solo, invité spontané et rappel de la tournée Pumpkin United ont été immortalisés avec des prises de vue infernales, des gros plans à couper le souffle et des interviews intimes. L'artwork de l'album a une nouvelle fois été créé par le célèbre photographe, réalisateur et directeur artistique Martin Hausler, et comprend, en plus du packaging haut de gamme, plusieurs photos jamais sorties.
