Le coffret de sept CDs "The Albums Collection Vol. 1 (1973-1984)" de Bruce Springsteen contient les sept premiers albums (Columbia Records) entre 1973 et 1984. Cinq albums en version CD ont été remasterisés pour la première fois et, bien évidemment, les sept albums contiennent les pochettes originales. De plus, le coffret contient un livre de 60 pages avec des photos rares, des souvenirs et des coupures de presse originales de la première décennie du Boss. Les titres ont été remasterisés par Toby Scott qui a utilisé un matériel analogique d'ogine.
