The latest, sixth studio album "ECHOS" by the Düsseldorf band MASSENDEFEKT again offers an irresistible and striking mix of rock, indie, punk, and pop-appeal. This time, too, the band has taken a step in a new direction without losing sight of the main thread that runs through their work. The group never rests on its laurels. The band has matured visibly without losing its attitude. Hailing from the Düsseldorf suburb of Meerbusch in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, MASSENDEFEKT has been musically active for the past 15 years. During this time the group has become one of the most popular rock acts in the country, with five successfully released studio albums, several compilation titles, and hundreds of concerts. With "ECHOS" another perfect masterpiece awaits the group’s eager fans. The album was produced by TIM SCHULTE (WÖLLI & DIE BAND DES JAHRES, STIGMA), who has already demonstrated his abilities working on the predecessor album “Zwischen Gleich Und Anders".
