Dit sensationele album bevat opnames van twee complete concerten: het concert dat op 17 juni 2016 werd gegeven op de Graspop Metal Meeting in Dessel, België, en het concert dat op 25 november werd gegeven in The Fillmore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Deze concerten maakten deel uit van de "Abigail in Concert 2015"-tour, waarin de band haar legendarische werk "Abigail" uit 1987 op meerdere locaties in zijn geheel speelde. Het concert in Philadelphia werd opgenomen door Denise Korycki, die ook heeft samengewerkt met bands zoals Cannibal Corpse en Killswitch Engage.
