"Stage Fright" werd opgenomen op 7 december in 2004 tijdens een concert in de Philipshalle (tegenwoordig: Mitsubishi Electric Halle) in Düsseldorf (Duitsland). De set bevat 20 nummers van Motörhead, waaronder "Overkill", "Ace of Spades" en "Iron Fist". Het concert in Düsseldorf werd opgenomen met 23 HD-camera's onder het toezicht van Sven Offen (Papa Roach, Heather Nova, Grönemeyer, Toten Hosen en meer). De belichting werd verzorgd door niemand minder dan Gert Hof, de lichtspecialist van Rammstein.
